Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve salted saltines
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz bag candy pieces (Heath, Butterfinger)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F
  2. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with Pam.
  3. Lay crackers flat, side by side until parchment is covered, set aside.
  4. Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 3 minutes and stir constantly until caramel.
  5. Pour butter mixture over crackers and spread to cover.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes and pull from oven.
  7. Immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips. Let melt a minute or two and then spread with the back of a spoon until even spread to all edges.
  8. Sprinkle candy bits.
  9. Chill in fridge at least 3 hours.
  10. Break and enjoy!
