Christmas Crack
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve salted saltine crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. candy pieces (Heath, Butterfingers, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with Pam, and lay saltines flat on parchment.
- Combine butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil over Med-high heat and boil for 3 min. Stir constantly.
- Pour butter mixture over crackers, spread evenly, and bake for 5 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly, let melt for a minute or two, then spread out with the back of a spoon or spatula.
- Sprinkle candy bits evenly.
- Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours minimum.
- Crack and Enjoy!
