Ingredients:
- 1 sleeve salted saltines
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz bag candy pieces (Heath, Butterfinger)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 375°F
- Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with Pam.
- Lay crackers flat, side by side until parchment is covered, set aside.
- Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 3 minutes and stir constantly until caramel.
- Pour butter mixture over crackers and spread to cover.
- Bake for 5 minutes and pull from oven.
- Immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips. Let melt a minute or two and then spread with the back of a spoon until even spread to all edges.
- Sprinkle candy bits.
- Chill in fridge at least 3 hours.
- Break and enjoy!
